We make authentic Dutch Stroopwafels. Stroopwafels are thin waffles filled with a layer of caramel and the most popular cookie in the Netherlands. I loved having fresh made stroopwafels when I would visit my Oma in the Netherlands where my dad was born but could only have them during those quick trips so I decided to try and make my own in the US to share the experience with friends and family that cannot travel. I created my own recipe at age 13 and started sharing them with friends for fun until I started winning specialty food competitions and demand for orders grew to where I thought I could make a business out of sharing the experience of fresh made traditional Dutch stroopwafels.
