Yalladips

YALLADIPS is a Wisconsin-based Mediterranean food company founded by Abderrahmen Mhirsi, dedicated to bringing authentic, healthy, and handcrafted Mediterranean flavors to the community. All of our products are made from scratch in Feed Kitchens, one of the largest licensed commercial kitchens in Dane County, under Health Department supervision and inspection.

We proudly produce more than 35 fresh Mediterranean items, including a wide variety of hummus flavors such as Roasted Red Pepper, Garlic, Jalapeño Cilantro, Lemon Herb, Spicy Harissa, and Sun-Dried Tomato, along with fresh salads, Toum garlic spread, Tzatziki, kefir-based dips, pita chips, and seasonal specialties.

At YALLADIPS, we focus on high-quality ingredients, bold flavors, premium olive oil, and traditional Mediterranean recipes with a modern touch. Our products are crafted to be fresh, flavorful, healthy, and accessible to everyone, including many vegan-friendly options.

We currently participate in more than 20 farmers markets across Wisconsin and Illinois, including Westside Community Market, Sun Prairie, Beloit, Janesville, Burlington, Lake Geneva, and others, where we have built a loyal customer base through hospitality, free sampling, and strong community engagement.
