Alma’s Saj

At Alma’s Saj we specialize in making fresh on the spot hot manaeesh with different toppings that include meat, cheese, zaatar. We use a special type of oven like machine called a Saj. This is a traditional middle eastern savory pie served with a side of veggies that is full of flavor. It would be a very unique food to add to the farmers market!
