Our product is locally raised and grazed cattle from our local Floral City, ranch. Taken to a local butcher and dry aged for 14 days. No antibiotics or added hormones. We focus on quality nutrition, ethical care, and creating a stress free environment resulting in high quality, and flavorful meat cuts.
