Our Single Origin bars are made of only two ingredients--cacao and organic cane sugar. That's it. We source premium cacao beans that have delicious, terroir-driven flavor profiles, then add only enough sugar to bring out the best expression of that profile.

Flavor Notes: Brown sugar, baking spices & caramel with underlying notes of dark fruits and tropical flowers. Medium-high complexity with a long finish.

Pairs Well With: pinot noirs, lattes, fruit & cheese plates, a comfy armchair on a rainy day.

Origin Information: Direct-sourced from CAC Pangoa, a coffee and cacao farmers cooperative that is organic and fair-trade certified in the Upper Amazon of Peru.
