Two Larks Parfait is a fresh, raw, vegan parfait with chia pudding as its base with a fruit compote layered in our reusable glass jars. Maureen and Phoenix hatched this idea together just 5 short months ago as a way to connect and better feed our vegan-leaning kids. Since then, we have been accepted at a vendor at the Downtown Farmer's Market and we fulfill a minimum of 50 personal orders each week out of the commercial kitchen space we rent from Laziz. We are passionate about healthy eating, and sustainable business practices. Our buyers with be rewarded with a free parfait after returning 10 glass jars to us!
