PDX Hot Sauce Company was born out of Founder Matt Hobbs love for all things delicious. “I had been developing these recipes and using them at the many lauded restaurants I’ve worked in across the country when I decided to bring them to life and more importantly to your table”. PDX Hot Sauce Company isn’t about trendy scorch your taste buds’ hot sauces. At PDX Hot Sauce Company we focus on the craft, ingredients and technique. PDX Hot Sauce Company brings to you a line of hot sauces that serve a variety of purposes and most importantly are downright deliciously unique and seriously addictive. We use locally sourced organic ingredients and packaging materials from the Pacific Northwest. We believe in and stand with our community to bring you the finest hot sauces available.

Growing up in Kitchens, my love of fermentation, heat and flavor has brought me all over the world from the small back kitchens in Ramdaspur, to Michelin star kitchens in Paris. Coming back home, and moving to Portland, Its always been a dream to marry those skills and develop a seasonal intimacy with the foods, produce. Everyday I’m excited at the glory the Pacific Northwest has to offer!
