Dr. Frances Burnett is a culinary educator, certified master baker, and creative artisan based in Anderson, South Carolina. With more than 40 years of experience in baking, pastry arts, hospitality, and foodservice education, she brings together traditional craftsmanship with modern food personalization technology. Frances is the owner and creator behind Betty’s Cozy Corner, where she designs custom edible image cookies, printed coffee pods, handmade crochet plushies, and seasonal gift baskets inspired by Southern hospitality and cozy cottage aesthetics.
A former professor at Johnson & Wales University, Frances taught restaurant management, menu planning, cost control, nutrition, and hospitality operations while mentoring future culinary professionals.
