My name is Elsy and I am the owner of Creole Me Up. I’ve been in business since 2017 and my business had started after a 7-year battle with food allergies, colon issues, and a major colon surgery. I have a very solid understanding of food allergies and how food affects the digestive system. I also teach Haitian cooking classes around town and I recently started teaching cooking classes online. I also self-published two cookbooks, Cooking With My Mother and Spice Up Simple Dishes with a Haitian Twist. My third book, When A Zombie Tastes Salt, will be published for Mother’s Day this year.
Our food products are free of all major allergens such as eggs, gluten, dairy, processed sugar, corn, and soy and soy derivatives.
