Multi-generation cheesemaker, started raising goats in southern Oregon with my son Frank, ten years ago. Evolved into a creamery when our production surpassed our consumption. We now source goat and sheep milk from various dairy farms to make raw aged cheese.
Sonia Rangel
Raised in southern California, fell in love with the country landscape at El Huizache ranch located in Jalisco, Mexico. Attained a business degree from Cal State Dominguez Hills and moved to Southern Oregon in 2010 to raise my children, Frank & Jasmine. I have been carrying on my family's tradition of making cheese for about six years.
