Hello! My name is Alexandria (Allie) Guevarra and I am a first generation Filipina-American that was born and raised in San Jose, CA. My mission is to showcase my culture and the food that I have grown up with to the Portland market. I intend to share what Filipino culture is about: food, family and community. It is essential to me that the BIPOC community feels welcome, encouraged and well fed with the food I provide. I intend to sell classic and reimagined Filipino baked desserts and other goodies solely created by me!

Corned Beef Pandesal (a childhood favorite, classic pandesal dough stuffed with Palm Corned beef)
