I launched my microgreen farm at the start of the 2020 fall by converting a room in my basement. I used wooden pallets to create shelves, installed lamps and bought seed trays. I have the capacity to grow 50 trays per week and currently operate at Millerton and Beacon Farmers' markets. I grow various green mixes, sunflowers, broccolis, peas shoots etc.
Production Practices
Non Gmo
Using non-GMO seeds and ph-balanced water and composted potting mix, I grow a variety of commonly available microgreens. I operate in a clean environment from my home basement.
