Sinplicity has been creating remarkable food in the DC and Northern Virginia area for almost 20 years. We got our start by proudly making the best ice cream in the history of milk. It was only the explosive growth of our catering company that forced us to leave these delicious creations behind. Now, as a mature and experienced company, we’re ready to share the best of our non-ice cream catering creations with a broader market. Partnering with local farmers markets and select gourmet retailers is a challenge of pure joy for us. We’re especially eager to have you taste our SINPOP!, PEPPERPOP! & PIGPOP! creations. Caramelized popcorn and potato chips with bacon anyone? I know. We had you at bacon. Let the Sin begin. Again.
Leland Atkinson is a Julia Child-Award Winning Cookbook Author and Chef. He’s worked for Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons Hotels; worked as a support chef at the White House for over 10 years and written or contributed to several cookbooks. These include the textbook On Cooking by Labensky/Hause, Mark Miller’s Red Sage, and his own İCocina! A Hands on Guide to the Techniques of the Southwestern Kitchen. He’s currently the owner of Sinplicity Catering, the best corporate-only caterer in the Northern Virginia and DC Markets. Leland is currently working to bring the best of Sinplicity’s creations to local farmers markets and select gourmet food and wine retailers.
