Well then, who is Dave Grothause?
Dave was one of our cheesemongers in Chicago years ago and when he moved back home to Grand Rapids, he found he missed wielding a giant cheese sword and halving large wheels of aged swiss in front of stunned groups of kids. He decided to focus his time and efforts on bringing the cheeses out to farmers markets in his neck of the woods.
