Quick Confections is named after my grandfather, Gerald Quick. We bake small batch pastries, candies, and cookies using all natural ingredients. With very few exceptions (holiday cookies), we do not use food colorings or artificial ingredients.
Although my degrees are in music, and my day job is as a musician, I love finding time to bake. What started as a hobby, turned into baking for family and friends, and then moved to baking for the public.
