Dos Hermanos Bakery

Dos Hermanos Bakery focuses on making the finest artisan breads, pastries, and a variety unique specialties highlighting flavors and traditions from the brothers origins in the Yucatan. We have a small retail storefront on North Williams, and participate in several local farmers markets, including St Johns, Sunnyside, and Woodstock. We do a great deal of wholesale production, making bread and pastries for restaurants, bars, food carts, and coffee shops all over Portland. A selection of our products are carried at New Seasons Markets and a few other local Co-Ops.

Along side offers of beautiful, traditional European style breads and viennoiserie, bavarian pretzels, and sourdough English muffins, some of our unique specialties include conchas, hojaldras, and black bean habanero or jalapeno cheddar batards. Seasonally we offer a variety of traditional celebration breads such as rosca de reyes and pan de muerto. We make everything in house, from all natural ingredients with no added conditioners or preservatives.
