Matcha Valley, a pop-up — bringing a modern take of matcha to middle Tennessee. Our matcha is sourced from the Yame region of Japan through Kettl, known for its rich flavor and vibrant color. The majority of our sauces and syrups are crafted in-house, allowing us to create unique, thoughtfully balanced drinks that highlight the natural character of matcha.
