The Pookie Lab is a small-batch cookie concept created as a personal, creative space to explore flavours beyond the usual. As a Canadian born Chinese, my baking is shaped by the nostalgic tastes of my childhood and a curiosity to reinterpret them in new ways. The goal is to offer something different, cookies that tell a story, celebrate cultural influences, and invite people to experience both the familiar and the new.
