We are a collective of Ohio State Buckeyes and proud Columbus neighbors, bound by a single mission: to honor a 30-year culinary legacy. Our journey began with a mother’s mastery of Korean cuisine—a lifetime of kitchen secrets passed down to our team, ensuring every recipe carries the soul of her craft. As the first local Korean fried chicken restaurant in Columbus, we take great pride in our roots. Since opening our doors in New Albany in 2024, the love from this community has moved us deeply. As we expand across Central Ohio, our philosophy remains unchanged: Feed your neighbor as you would your family. To us, being an artisan means never compromising on the quality of our ingredients and never hesitating to help those in need. We believe in the power of being a giver. If someone is hungry, we feed them. If a neighbor is in need, we help them. At Crunchick, we aren’t just frying chicken; we are sharing the "crunchy" heart of Korea with the community that raised us.
