Just That Coffee (founded in 2026) is a start-up coffee business run by two college age entrepreneurs! We focus on high-quality, craft coffee, and JUST THAT! We have two espresso machines that we use to make lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, etc... We also sell homemade syrups made from scratch in Joplin. We would LOVE the opportunity to make our way into the field of business through selling at Empire Market.
