Latte Nemesis Imperial Stout

Imperial Stout, brewed with roasted English barley and Munich malts, aged on locally roasted coffee beans, vanilla, and lactose sugar.

Before I began brewing full-time, I worked as a Department of Defense mechanic out at Tinker Air Force Base, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading B-52 bombers. One of my favorites was an H-Model named Nemesis. She was a strong, bold, and challenging plane to work on, worthy of an imperial stout with the same qualities. The addition of fresh roasted coffee beans takes this beer to its top angels. Cheers!
