Description
The flagship 2018 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley is a multi-vineyard, multi-appellation blend intended to capture the essence of the vintage. The grapes were mostly de-stemmed into small lot fermentations - un-inoculated and punched down by hand. Aged in small (225L) neutral french oak barrels for 18 months. Designed for pleasure, this wine can be popped tonight but can certainly wait a few years if you have the willpower.
