We are a small black woman owned and run farm out of Dansville Michigan servicing the Greater Lansing area. We raise purebred Berkshire Pigs and grow a wide variety of mushrooms

The farm is run by my two teenagers Philomena (16) and my son Dominic (18) who is severely autistic. I started farming in 2016 but grew up spending lots of time with my grand uncle who was an environmentalist in the rainforests where I grew up in St. Lucia. It’s been tough as an immigrant and a black woman with no roots in this area to farm abd even hard to break in the existing markets snd networks but that hasn’t stopped me from trying. Our clients snd CSA members rave about our products. If you check out our Facebook you can see some of their opinions. We work very hard on growing high quality food. I’m in the process of expanding and also getting back my organic certification. We grow over 20 varieties of mushrooms currently.
