Jordan Jent and Adam Cohen operate Texas Fungus out of a 2,000sqft facility in Arlington, TX where they grow 8-10 types of mushrooms, at a volume of roughly 400# per week. In addition to serving nearly 15 local restaurants weekly, Texas Fungus is committed to bring the highest quality mushrooms to local Farmers Markets.

In an effort to increase the variety of mushroom options in the marketplace, Texas Fungus also produces an ever expanding line of mushroom products from Medicinal Extracts to Salt/Seasoning Mixes, with a much larger slate of mushroom products planned for the coming year.
