Fresh, natural ingredients: Every desert, bread, sauce, and pastry are homemade and made from scratch.

We specialize in individual items. Our concept originated from the idea of choices. For example, customer Paul loves pie, all pies and really wants to have a variety vs one big pie or even a large piece of pie. We offer personal sized pies allowing Paul, our pie connoisseur, to embrace his multi-pie desires with less guilt.

Love and care: We put a lot of love into our baking, every detail is important so that cakes are not only beautiful but soft, tender, and moist; turnovers are light, butter and flaky with every bite; and chocolate chip cookies are perfectly soft and chewy. Baking feeds my inner happiness, I hope to pass that on to my customers.
