I have always had a passion for baking and cooking, at the end of 2019 I decided to focus on my passions and started baking deserts for real estate clients and colleagues. After lots of great feedback I decided to go all in and make my bakery dreams come true.
This has been extremely excited for myself as well as my family. Patti's Pastries, LLC is our family business, named in memory of my mom, we are excited to share our family recipes with our neighbors.
I was raised in the restaurant business since I was six years old. My dad owned and managed the most successful steak and seafood restaurant in our small town in Kansas. For many years I stayed in the business as a server, bartender, advisor to new owners and shift leader. During this time I received both my undergraduate and masters degrees while raising three kids. I'm now ready to put my experience and knowledge to use in my own endeavors.
