I’m a local Artist and master crafter. I hand make beautiful and unique items including jeweled seashells affixed to wine stems as trinket dishes, silk necklaces with rhinestones, ornate sparkly crosses, China plates with funny sayings on them and Jackets embellished with Pins and brooches.

I love making things, all kind of things, made from all kinds of materials. Playing in my imagination is the most fun I can have. I really love upcycling items that No one any longer sees the value in . Renew, Redo, Reuse is my motto. It is good for the earth too. My background includes studying costume design in the Theatre department at I.U. From there I went to L.A. and worked in a large costume company making movie costumes. Eventually I got into fashion design and ultimately opened a retai clothing boutique named Indiana Joan’s . Located in Malibu CA, it had a 26 year run. Now I’m retired but still am passionate About making beautiful and unique things. I hope we get to meet one day.
