Farm to table at its finest.
Our small batch cheeses are made on the farm right here in Middle Tennessee with milk produced by our Grade A Dairy. After owning and operating our dairy for almost 25 years, we now boast a brand new, state of the art, USDA permitted and inspected processing facility where our artisan cheese-makers hand craft our cheeses from custom recipes.
We take pride in personally caring for our cows every day. We follow or exceed the Humane Farm Animal Care (HFAC) Standards for Production of Dairy Cows, and are working to be independently certified humane.
We are continuing our legacy of providing the highest quality products by taking ownership of the entire process, from growing our own feed, to cow care and comfort, and offering a finished product on the farm.

We are the Flowers Family and we milk Holstein and Jersey cows.
Born and raised in Tennessee, we are both very active in our community. We each have a lifelong love for animals and cherish our dogs, cats, horses, and cows. We are also active in our church and, when we are not working on the farm, we enjoy spending time with family.
