James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital and Clinics is proud to host the 2026 National Veterans Golden Age Games, taking place June 27, 2026 – July 2, 2026. Often called the “Olympics for Veterans,” this national, Olympic style competition celebrates fitness, resilience, and camaraderie among Veterans aged 55 and older. More than 1,700 Veterans have already registered! James A. Haley CDCE staff are part of the team that is planning this exciting event that will take place all over the Tampa Bay area. We will need over 3000 volunteers (including youth ages 10 and up) to make the Golden Age Games a success.

This booth opportunity will allow us to recruit passionate volunteers in supporting this incredible experience. Volunteers are essential in supporting Veteran athletes, facilitating competitions, greeting guests, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Games. We will focus solely on sharing information with the community and will not be selling any materials.
