Frø is a Brooklyn-based micro-bakery creating authentic Danish rye bread and other Danish-inspired goods. Our bread has just 5 core ingredients (rye flour, rye berries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds + salt & water), sourced locally wherever possible. Frø is a family business - run by two half-Danish sisters, Maya & Eva Ebbesen who missed rye bread in their daily lives and decided to bring this Danish family tradition to the US.
