Vivid Minds Cafe

Vivid Minds Cafe is a specialty functional beverage and bowl concept located at 1545 S Broadway in Denver's Platt Park neighborhood. We opened in August 2025 and serve ceremonial matcha flights, functional mushroom lattes featuring Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, and Reishi, acai bowls, and chia pudding, all made fresh to order from our licensed commercial kitchen. We are a fully self-contained prepared food and beverage vendor with Denver County health department licensing and general liability insurance in place.
