Zi Spice is a downtown Ashland café and artisan food maker rooted in the bold spice traditions of South Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. At the market we bring our handcrafted chocolates in flavors like Saffron Rose, Dubai Chocolate, and Pinot Noir & Blackberry, alongside our house-brewed masala chai, and kulfi, the rich, slow-frozen ice cream of South Asia made with organic whole milk and spices. Everything is made from scratch, 100% gluten-free, and sourced as locally as possible.
