Guacamole, Acai

We are from Cuba but we have been preparing Mexican sauces for 3 years in USA this is a heritage from my grandmother who prepared GUACAMOLE for many years and sold them in the market of our little town in CUBA. One of my treasured childhood memories is the times when I shared stories while cooking with my grandmother, i helped her and she payed me 150 Cuban pesos per month, like 6 dollars. She adores her grandchildren and I had the privilege of growing up with her and learning from her wisdom, in lunch time, One of the most requested appetizers was the molcajete guacamole in her patio she had a tree with the largest avocados ever seen, Guacamole is very easy to make, not all of them give it the correct flavor, with our authentic Mexican recipe i am sure our customers will be really happy.
INGREDIENTS:
Ripe avocados
Chopped onion
Chopped jalapeño optional
Chopped cilantro
Juice of lemon
Salt to taste
Finely chopped tomato
