Tarta is a Boulder-based Basque cheesecake company specializing in small-batch, high quality desserts. Inspired by the iconic cheesecakes of San Sebastián, our cheesecakes are caramelized on the outside, and soft and creamy on the inside.

We currently offer 4-inch cheesecakes in rotating flavors, such as original, mocha, peanut butter, pistachio, and more.
