The Farmstead Butcher

The Farmstead Butcher is a USDA inspected butcher shop and meat processor located on Rettland Farm in Gettysburg, PA. We process all of the meats we raise on our farm, as well as those from other local farms. Our specialties are pork and poultry products, including fresh cuts, a diverse line of unique fresh sausages, and smoked meats including bacon, ham, sausages, and smoked poultry.
