Chopped & Loaded is a Pueblo-based food trailer serving NYC bodega-style breakfast sandwiches. The BACONEGGANDCHEESE: two eggs, crispy bacon, American cheese on a kaiser roll. The Wake Up: chopped beef, egg, bacon, hash brown, and Bodega Snap Sauce all on one roll. Fresh off the griddle. Lunch also available. Fully permitted and health inspected. NYC roots. Pueblo heat.
