Description
Himalayan Chicken gravy is a very common food in South Bhutan. The curry is a fusion in between Bhutanese cooking and the Indian spices. Bhutan shares its border with India, so the food is inspired by Indian culture, however the way of preparing is vey different than Indian food.
This chicken is marinated first, fried, and mixed with cooked spices which includes onions, garlic, ginger, tomato, lemon, and some additional spices. This food items goes really well with basmati rice and lentil soup. Alu Dum is a side dish which is prepared by cooking potato with home made spices.
