Paulie's Chop Shop is a family owned butcher shop with a full production plant in Luxemburg Wi and a retail store in Ashwaubenon Wi. We specialize in beef and pork and take pride in giving our customers a farm to table experience. We raise and process our own pork in house and process only USDA Choice beef, along with offering full custom processing on beef and pork. We hope to see you in our store soon!
