Hi, I am Dailen a 24 years old student and the baker behind Wild Sourdough Co. I am originally from Cuba where lived till 4 years ago. I am passionate about baking handcrafted bread and baked goods made with simple and honest ingrediengts. I enjoy helping people and giving back to my community whenever I can. My goal is to one day open my own bakery and continue sharing my passion with my community.
