December 6, 2019, I suffered from a stroke that caused paralysis to my entire right side. Before this unfortunate circumstance, I was a full time employee for a multi million dollar company. I was comfortable in my position; however it wasn’t my passion. Being down on my back for 3 months I got “uncomfortable “. I turned pain into passion! That passion is to make women and men feel great about themselves. Along side with my 11 year old daughter, I have successfully created Beauty Closet. I also started a nonprofit organization called A Stroke of Luck Foundation, following the stroke.
