Description
These tamales are made with our fresh ground masa and amended with coconut oil (not lard). They are stuffed with Oaxacan black beans and queso Oaxaca cheese, wrapped in banana leaves. To prepare, steam them for 30 minutes, and serve with our muchos chiles salsa, or our salsa verde.
