Fermenter is dedicated to producing quality traditional craft ferments made from local organic agricultural products. We work with reverence for the process and origin. Our passion is in all things fermented and cultured and we produce krauts, kimchi, hazelnut based cheeses, kombucha, kefir, gingerbeer, koji, and tempeh.
