Our farm produces lamb, beef and organic vegetables using regenerative practices. Our culinary program produces value added items such as spice rubs, hot sauces, and bread. We have a single granola CPG product with the intention of adding pasta sauces, beef sticks, and broths with farm grown ingredients sometime mid 2026.
Vegetables will be our main focus at market; we would like to offer all above if available. Note that offering bread at the market is our lowest priority.
We will be supporting a program in 2026 that helps veterans transitioning from military service find jobs on farms in an effort to provide meaningful employment after service. These individuals will be providing support to our permanent staff at the market.
