Easy Cheesy Lemon Squeezy is a Tampa Bay food truck serving gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches on sourdough bread paired with fresh-squeezed lemonade. Our menu features five signature sandwiches — from the classic cheddar-bacon-tomato Big Ray's Original to brie with honey and apple on Sweet Cheezus — plus gluten-free bread options and a kids menu. We're built on community. The truck is named in tribute to our founder's late father, Big Ray, and everything we do — from our food to our TaCLaC (Take a Cheese, Leave a Cheese) program — is about bringing people together. Based in Westchase, available for festivals, markets, corporate events, private parties, and weddings across Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties.
