Kalā is a clean, whole-food brand focused on bringing ancient, nourishing flavors into everyday life. Everything we make—from our golden milk to our spice blends—is crafted with real, recognizable ingredients—no additives, no preservatives, nothing artificial.

Our primary product is our plant-based golden milk. It is crafted with coconut milk and other homemade milks and is based on Ayurvedic medicine from India. We incorporate turmeric and other healing spices to create a delectable and invigorating beverage which has been hugely successful at the Lakeland Market.

Additionally, we offer chef-crafted seasonings inspired by various global cuisines, including Al Pastor and Za’atar. We delight in creating unique blends that are often overlooked but can be utilized to prepare delicious and nutritious meals at home, while also providing an opportunity to explore diverse cultures and their culinary traditions.

Finally, we provide our simmer sauces. These sauces are prepared using only healthy oils (excluding seed oils) and are designed for customers to take home and quickly prepare nutritious dishes. All of our food products are free from preservatives, salts, sugars, or fillers. We are transparent about our ingredients and operational practices to foster customer trust in our products.
