Crossroads Beef

Crossroads Beef is a family-owned, grass-fed, and grass-finished beef operation based in Carroll, Iowa. Our farm has been in our family for over 133 years, and today, we are proud to carry that legacy forward as the fourth, fifth, and sixth generations of stewards of the land.

We raise our cattle on pasture from start to finish, focusing on animal welfare, soil health, and producing clean, nutrient-dense beef. Our approach is simple and transparent: no grain, no shortcuts—just time, care, and responsible land management.

We sell our beef directly to customers at farmers markets and online, offering a range of cuts from everyday staples to premium options, as well as bulk beef for families looking to stock their freezers.

At markets, we offer one-bite samples of our cooked ground beef and skinless beef brats, allowing customers to taste the difference firsthand and creating engagement at our booth.
