Backyard Island Grill & Rum Bar brings the vibrant, soulful flavors of the West Indies to St. Louis. Our mission is to provide an authentic Caribbean culinary experience rooted in traditional techniques and the bold, aromatic spices of the islands.

Our menu celebrates heritage and craftsmanship, featuring authentic Jerk Chicken marinated in traditional herbs and slow-smoked over a charcoal grill. We also take pride in serving "soul-warming" Trini classics, such as our creamy Corn Soup with hand-rolled dumplings and coconut milk.
