Soren Provisions

A pancake stand called Scott’s Pancakes (Soren Provisions LLC is the registered business name but will not be used in customer-facing branding).

Our pancakes are made with whole-wheat flour that we grind ourselves, along with locally sourced eggs and milk. In addition to prepared pancakes, we will also sell our pancake mix (dry ingredients only), packaged with instructions for preparation at home.

At the market, we will combine eggs and milk (stored in a cooler with ice packs) with our dry mix to prepare batter, and cook the pancakes on a propane-powered Blackstone griddle. We will offer several pancake options, including blueberry, chocolate chip, and banana (no nuts), and provide fresh fruit and real maple syrup as toppings.

The stand will be operated by my brother and me. We have read the market rules and understand all health and safety requirements!
