Dragon's Head Cider

Dragon’s Head Cider is a small family-owned farm and award wining cidery on Vashon
Island, WA. Our farm is home to an orchard full of cider apple and perry pear trees as
well as our production facility where we press the apples, ferment the juice and bottle
the cider.
We take a traditional approach to cider making. Our focus is on the apple varieties that
we use and the quality of the fruit. We love the story that apples alone can tell through
cider, altering the flavor by changing the blend of apple varieties that we carefully
select. The process is simple and the ingredient list is short.
