My name is Isabel, I am the co-founder of Trail Toddy, a handcrafted cocktail kit company in Portland, Oregon. Backpacking through the PNW has inspired us to come up with the perfect night cap after a day spent in the mountains, Trail Toddy offers the perfect on-the-go hot toddy for all of life's adventures. We proudly source most ingrediesnts and materials from the PNW and use 100% compostable packaging.
For the past year we have dedicated our time to our online store, distilleries, and shops but now we have finally finished putting together our hot toddy cart and are looking forward to booking events, and especially becoming a part of Portland's farmers markets! Our menu will include different hot toddy flavors as well as mulled wine and chocolate truffles that will pair perfectly with the selected beverages. For those events that do not allow alcohol, our tea is just as delicious booze free, and we have some other projects in the works for more delicious beverages We would be honored to have your website mention our services.. I have worked as a pastry chef here in Portland at some of its most popular restaurants. I have found great comfort in the amazing community of outdoor enthusiasts here in Oregon and it has inspired me to come up with amazing recipes for Trail Toddy. My business partner, Josh, handles all of the accounting and back end of the business, and the heavy lifting! literally.
